On June 29, 2020, Thinh Phong MCT successfully completed and commissioned a 100 kW rooftop solar power system for Mr. Binh in Tay Ninh Province.

3. Professional Installation Process
3.1 Site Survey & Engineering Analysis
The technical team conducted a detailed on-site assessment, evaluating sun exposure, roof conditions, tilt angle, load capacity, and safety factors. Based on the findings, an optimized system design was developed to ensure maximum performance.
3.2 Mounting Structure & Module Installation
Structural frames were installed in accordance with mechanical and safety standards. Solar panels were mounted precisely to ensure durability, weather resistance, and high energy conversion efficiency.
3.3 DC/AC Cabling & Inverter Installation
All DC and AC wiring was executed according to manufacturer guidelines and electrical safety standards. The inverter and protection devices were configured and tested to guarantee stable and reliable system operation.
3.4 System Testing, Verification & Commissioning
Before handover, the system underwent full electrical testing, including voltage/current checks, inverter diagnostics, grounding inspection, surge protection verification, and real-load performance testing. The project was then officially commissioned and handed over to the client.
