In the context of the growing demand for assessing renewable energy potential, the deployment of wind measurement towers in mountainous regions of Laos is a mission of strategic importance. The project not only requires precise technical execution but also calls for perseverance, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to challenging terrain conditions.
1. Terrain Conditions and Challenges
The selected installation areas are deep in the mountains, with difficult access routes, many of which require walking or the use of specialized vehicles. The weather is unpredictable, with frequent fog, light rain, and strong winds affecting both progress and transportation of equipment.
Despite these obstacles, the unwavering determination of the team became the driving force to move forward—overcoming each challenge with expertise and professional resilience.

2. Leadership and Team Coordination in Project Implementation
The project has received close guidance from:
-
Director: Ms. Phạm Hoàng Hạnh Nhân
-
Technical Manager: Mr. Ngô Đức Việt
-
Deputy Technical Manager: Mr. Lê Công Minh
They played a direct role in analyzing terrain conditions, evaluating installation methods, and making timely technical decisions to ensure both safety and efficiency during construction.
Director Phạm Hoàng Hạnh Nhân continuously encouraged the team:
“Difficulties are inevitable, but we never walk alone. Stay strong, united, and professional. Success will always come to those who remain committed and persistent.”
3. Persistent Efforts of the Technical Team
The installation team worked with a strong sense of responsibility. Technician Nguyễn Trung Hậu took direct responsibility for inspecting, calibrating, and ensuring the accuracy of sensor systems, cable anchoring safety, and data transmission performance.
Days began early and often ended late, yet no one stepped back.
Wind measurement towers over 100 meters tall now stand in the remote mountain landscape—symbolizing human determination in the face of nature’s vastness.

4. Achieved Results
After many days of continuous, well-coordinated effort, the first four wind measurement towers were successfully installed and put into stable operation. All sensors and data transmission systems have been tested, calibrated, and monitored during trial operation, meeting the required technical standards.
This achievement represents not only technical success but also a testament to unity, determination, and shared purpose.
5. The Journey Ahead – The Remaining 3 Towers
The project continues. The next phase involves installing the remaining three towers in even more complex terrain, requiring more time, preparation, and resilience.
The success of the first four towers has built a solid foundation and boosted the team’s confidence for the next stage.
