Thinh Phong completes 500 kWp rooftop solar project for Vinh Tien Solar

Thinh Phong has completed the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and successfully commissioned a 500 kWp rooftop solar power system at Vinh Tien Solar’s facility located at  Ward 1, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province. The project, carried out in Q1/2026, reinforces Thinh Phong’s growing presence in industrial solar energy solutions.

According to the EPC contractor, installation was executed under a compressed timeline and in parallel with ongoing industrial operations, requiring strict construction coordination to ensure safety and prevent production downtime. Key project steps including system design, equipment selection, structural installation, AC/DC interconnection and commissioning were performed in accordance with Thinh Phong’s standardized project methodology for industrial-scale deployments.

The system is expected to generate approximately 63,000 kWh per month, contributing to reduced grid electricity consumption and lowering CO₂ emissions by an estimated 56 tons per year. A real-time monitoring system enables performance tracking, fault detection and operational optimization.

The completion of the Vinh Tien Solar project further demonstrates Thinh Phong’s capability in the industrial rooftop solar segment — a domain that demands simultaneous control of technical compliance, safety and project scheduling. With industrial facilities accelerating the transition toward energy efficiency and low-carbon production, contractors able to deliver rapid execution and standardized quality are becoming key market players.

In recent years, Thinh Phong has been recognized as one of the few EPC firms maintaining consistent operational activity in the renewable energy sector in Southern Vietnam, with deployments spanning industrial rooftop solar systems and supporting infrastructure for wind resource measurement campaigns. The company also holds an advantage in supply chain coordination, enabling timely delivery of equipment and materials amid global market fluctuations.
